Our mission is to protect, maintain, and preserve the traditional cultural values and spiritual beliefs for which our ancestors gave their lives. To assure that these values and beliefs are treated with dignity, respect and integrity within the Tulalip community and surrounding communities. To keep the cultural and spiritual fires burning for generations yet to come. The Hibulb Cultural Center will act to revive, restore, protect and enhance the traditional cultural values and spiritual beliefs of the Tulalip Tribes.
