laws of the Tulalip Tribes, and to the extent applicable, the laws of the
State of Washington. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating
to these terms shall be filed only in the Tulalip Tribal Court, or in the
federal district court for the western district of Washington, and you hereby
consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts
for all purposes.
- Severability; Saving Clause.
If any of these terms of use be declared unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions. This is the entire agreement relating to the subject matter
herein and shall not be modified except as provided herein
or in writing, signed by both parties.
