The HelpDesk provides computer, networking, and technical support services as well as training for all Tulalip Tribes members and employees.

Services Provided:

• General information on computer use
• Call-tracking of computer problems, issues, and concerns
• Installing and configuring hardware, software
• Hardware and software purchases
• Network connectivity issues
• New user accounts
• Password resets
• Equipment loans to employees. Includes: Notebooks, Projectors etc
