Tribal Internship Program
TDS Tribal Internship has two objectives:

1. To provide an overview of opportunities available in the technology field;
2. Once an interest area is identified, to encourage tribal members to complete courses and receive mentoring within a specific area.

Tribal members must also demonstrate good work habits, take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete an approved education plan. The education plan ensures that tribal members develop the required basic computing skills and knowledge to support TDS infrastructure and user questions. Once tribal members satisfy the skills and education requirements, they may be considered for full-time employment within TDS (subject to availability of funding/job positions) and will begin either in the technical or the management career track.
