Mission Statement

The Tulalip Gaming Agency is the primary regulatory authority over gaming within the boundaries of the Tulalip Reservation.

Our mission is to assure the general public that all gaming conducted on tribal lands is in accordance and under the strict guidelines set forth in regulations set by Tribal, State and Federal Laws and to insure that gaming is conducted in accordance with these laws in an effort to protect the assets & integrity of the gaming operations

Vision Statement:

TGA and TGC strive to meet the vision of the Tulalip Tribes by meeting the regulatory requirements of Tribal, State and Federal standards as the primary regulator of gaming on Tribal Lands.  The highest vision for us to reach is the role of Self - Regulation whether implied or certified.

All members of our Tribal community are physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy and self-sufficient.

• All tribal members are provided opportunities for jobs, land and housing
• Our sovereign immunity and self-determination has been maintained
• Infrastructure has been developed for long-term sustenance
• Cultural and environmental sensitivity has been preserved and perpetuated
• Economic base has been established and supports tribal members and residents
