Hello, my name is Sheila Madera, my Indian name is si?ic. My parents are John and Jeannie McCoy; my Grandparents were Arnold and Nettie McKay and Dick and Jennie McCoy. I am the new Medicare Outreach Worker. I will be helping those who need and want a Medicare supplement insurance. The Tribes has purchased the Regence/Blue Shield Plan F, SSI Supplement Package for those eligible to apply. To receive these benefits you must be 65 years old, have Medicare A and B or be on Medicare Part A and B through Social Security Disability. Contract Health Services will cover all of your co-pay and deductibles. There should be no out of pocket medical expenses for any senior on this plan. I will be available if anyone would like to sign up or for any questions about what will be covered by Medicare and the Medicare Supplement billing or what doctors to go to.
