Misty Napeahi

Misty has spent her career dedicated to the Tulalip Tribes, holding various positions at both tribal government and the casino. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.

Misty brings more than twenty-three years of experience in tribal government processes and systems. She enjoys serving her community and creating policies that provide equitable distribution of benefits to all tribal citizens. She currently serves on the Snohomish County Board of Housing which focuses on homelessness in Snohomish County.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Jay and their three children. She is an avid reader and loves to spend time with her dog, Ivy.

Ruby Lotan - Deputy General Manager

Ruby Lotan

Ruby Lotan has worked for the Tulalip Tribes for over 20 years, serving in many capacities ranging from cashier to her current position as Deputy General Manager. After beginning her nursing studies, Ruby realized her strongest passion lie in helping the Tulalip community through its financial and accounting affairs.

As a Tulalip Tribal member, her greatest joy is giving back to those around her, which she has done by utilizing her strong financial background. Ruby has been an active participant in the Boys and Girls Club annual auction, the Employee Day Committee, the Emergency Management training team, and the Community Emergency Response Team. Her dedication to her tribe and family is most important, as evidenced by her and her husband opening their home to foster care kids for the past 10 years. Ruby enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, camping, fishing, and playing on the beach.
