Michelle Gettsy

Fresh out of college Michelle worked for Tulalip as a Land Use Planner, Compliance Officer, and GIS tech all rolled into one. Since then, she has been with the Muckleshoot Tribe in various capacities. She began there as an Executive Assistant to the Tribal Council. From there Michelle moved to the Public Works Department as an Account Manager and in 2015 and then as the Business Manager at the Muckleshoot Tribal School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2006 from the University of Washington and in 2016 she earned a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence in Indian Law from the University of Tulsa, College of Law. Michelle is so thankful for the opportunity to be able to bring her knowledge and experience back to the tribe.

Wendy Fryberg

Wendy Fryberg

Wendy’s career started at Tulalip Casino, she now has over 25 years of leadership experience. Along with experience, she has an Associate’s Degree from NWIC. Her work experience includes; regulatory compliance, gaming, strategic planning, and executive director. Additionally, she graduated from Leadership Snohomish County and was previously a Marysville School District Board Member. As a member of the Tulalip community she has knowledge of the needs and understand the concerns. Her long term career goal has always been to work in leadership at out Tribal Government Office, and she is grateful for this opportunity.

Shawneen Zackuse

Shawneen Zackuse

Shawneen began her career with the Tulalip Gaming Organization in 1994 in the Food & Beverage and Finance Departments. She started her journey on the government organization in 2004 in TTHAP’s, Housing, and Higher Education Departments. She holds an Associate in Arts, Associate in Science in Criminal Justice, Bachelor in General Studies, Bachelor in Criminal Justice, Bachelor in Business Administration, Master in Business Administration in Project Management, and is currently working on her Doctorate in Criminal Justice and Business Administration. She is thankful for the opportunity to use her skills and to serve her tribe.

Norma Razote

Norma Razote

Norma began her career with The Tulalip Tribes in 1992 as a Table Games Dealer the Tulalip Gaming Organization. She started working for the Tulalip Tribes Government in 2001 at the Housing Authority and continued to work in various departments including the Health Clinic, Finance, General Manager, and Quality Assurance Department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Norma is appreciative for the opportunity to serve her tribe and enjoys working with the managing directors team.
