The Tulalip Tribes Higher Education Department is committed to equipping students with the knowledge, intellect, skills, and resources to improve the livelihoods of themselves, their families, and future generations, which will continue to create a vibrant and healthy community. Vision: Our vision is to guide, assist, and encourage students in order to sustain a learning system that continually supports the needs of our community as one people.

Required Documents for Higher Education Applicants
To ensure the timely processing of your Higher Education funding application, please submit all required documents in PDF format. Funding will not be disbursed until all required documentation has been received and verified.

- FAFSA Submission Summary Form (View example of the required document)

Documents for Continuing/Returning Students
- Higher Education Application (Renewed annually, found under Documents)

- Class Schedule or Program Outline
- Tuition Invoice - must include invoice number and date. If applicable, include a receipt or proof of payment
Documents for Out-of-Area Students
- Lease Agreement and Payment Due Dates (Must be renewed upon lease change or within 30 days of address change.)
- Landlord's W-9, or, if applicable, receipts or other proof of payment

How do I get signed up for Higher Education Services?
Complete the Higher Education Process and then email the Higher Education Admissions Staff to schedule time to review.
What education costs does Higher Education fund?
We have a funding matrix that provides an overview of costs and coverage for current students. Please email a Higher Education Admissions Staff Member for more details.
When will I/my Higher Education institution receive funding?
Processing times average approximately 2 weeks. If funding has not been received, please reach out to Higher Education Admission Specialist Team Member asap.
How can I get copies of my transcripts or diplomas?
If we do not have a copy on file, then we can help you access a copy from outside Institutions. Please email the Higher Education Admissions Staff Member for further assistance.
What do I need to do if my tuition bill is overdue and hasn’t been paid?
At times payments are lost or not received. As soon as you receive an overdue notice or notice of late payment, please reach out to a Higher Education Admissions Specialist so that we can work with the Institution to ensure there is no impact to your educational journey.
How do I access my schedule or student information through my Intuition?
Each Institution utilizes a platform for students to access schedules, educational plans, grades, etc. Please reach out to a Higher Education Admissions Specialist and we will help connect you with the necessary resources.
