The Tulalip Tribal Gaming Agency will be the leading tribal gaming regulator by maintaining and enhancing public trust with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Our Mission:
The Tulalip Tribal Gaming Agency, in accordance with the Tulalip Tribal Code and supported by a dedicated, professional staff, will protect the interest of the public by ensuring the integrity of gaming activity on Tribal land; the licensing of qualified individuals and entities; while meeting the gaming regulatory responsibilities of the Tulalip Tribal Gaming Commission. Regulating the production, manufacturing, processing, packaging, delivering, distribution, selling, or possession of marijuana.

Exclusion Information:
Self exclusions are for a minimum of three (3) years, do not automatically expire, and can only be overturned by sending us an email to request an appeal hearing.
Permanent exclusions do not expire. An appeal hearing can be requested after five (5) years by sending us an email.
Hearings are held via phone on Tuesdays between 1 and 2 pm. Once you submit an email requesting a hearing including your full name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address, you will receive a reply email with a notice of your hearing date or a notice of denial.

Do you have information that can help us maintain our great working environment? Or, if you would like to submit a gaming related dispute involving Slots, Table Games, Sports Wagering, or Bingo.
The Tribal Gaming Agency is interested in any information regarding gaming related issues or criminal activity that may be occurring within the Tulalip Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, or Tulalip Bingo Hall.
The Tribal Gaming Agency now has several ways to convey information regarding gaming related incidences.
- You may report anonymously through the Tip hotline.
- Via email through this website by filling out the contact form.
- By calling the on duty Agent.
- In person at the Tulalip Resort Casino or Quil Ceda Creek Casino.
Please provide as much detail as possible with your information including the date and time of occurrence, where it occurred, who was involved, and the type of activity.
