Our facility is committed to offering appropriate services that treat residents courteously and with dignity. We ensure that residents continue to enjoy their basic civil and legal rights. We aim to provide opportunities for residents to exercise reasonable control over their life decisions, recreational activities, and social engagements, fostering a sense of well-being and enhancing their dignity.
We recognize and respect each resident's individuality while establishing reasonable rules to protect and promote their rights and quality of life.
Eligibility
To be eligible for residency at Stan Jones Retirement Home, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be an enrolled Tulalip Tribal Member
- Be 50 years of age or older
- Complete an application
- Undergo an assessment by a Community Health RN before admittance
- Have no sensory, mental, or physical disabilities that require services beyond our facility's scope of care and policies
- Agree to fiduciary responsibilities
- Not require nursing services, except for those in need of hospice care
- Reasonable accommodation for medical needs is provided if the health and safety of others are not at risk
