Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I pay with debit/credit card?
Yes. We accept debit and credit card payments in person, or you can call 360-716-4353 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to make a payment over the phone.
When can I get a loan?
When your application is received, you must have a balance under $3,000 and be in good standing on your loan payment. If you apply by the noon Friday deadline, your check will be ready for pick up on the following Friday, provided all documents are submitted and signed, and you qualify for a loan.
If I lost a check, what do I do?
Contact Membership Distribution to issue a stop payment on the check. We need to wait seven days after it has been mailed to allow for delivery or return. At that point, Membership Distribution can start the process of voiding the check and reissuing it to you.
The bank account my money goes into is closed. What do I do?
Notify Membership Distribution, complete the Direct Deposit cancellation form, and Membership will work with Treasury Management to recall the deposit. This requires a wait time of five to seven days before we can reissue, as we have to wait for the funds to be returned before issuing a check for the funds.
When do I need to have my Direct Deposit information turned in?
To have ample time to process the new Direct Deposit information, we ask that you submit it to Membership Distribution by the 18th of each month. Be sure to include bank verification of your ABA Routing and account numbers. This can be in the form of a voided check or a letter from your bank. If this is for a minor, please ensure that your name as the custodial parent and the child's name are listed on the bank letter.
What happens if I cancel my direct deposit and do not provide a new account for direct deposit?
Fourteen days after you cancel your Direct Deposit, you will be automatically enrolled in a prepaid account, and a card with enrollment will be mailed to your address on file.
