The Tulalip Tribes of Washington (“Tribes”) is soliciting qualified Engineering (Construction Infrastructure) firms to submit Proposals for construction engineering services support for the road improvements projects located at Hermosa Beach Road, Mission Hill Road, and Battle Creek Road (“The Roads”). All proposals are required to include evidence of experience in projects of similar scale and complexity
