Submission: The Utility Building project will include the construction of a 2-story wood-framed building of approximately 7,800 sq. ft. The program includes wastewater testing laboratory, vehicle maintenance bays, materials (pipe) storage, office space, conference rooms, restrooms, employee break room and kitchenette. The Project also includes associated site and utilities work, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. The project is located on the Tulalip Reservation.
