Description
The Tulalip Tribes are seeking consulting services to assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Tulalip Community Communication and Evacuation Plan. The plan will serve individuals residing within the Tulalip Reservation and will include: Evacuation strategies for various potential hazards. Coordination with stakeholders and neighboring jurisdictions. Development of communication protocols and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). Recommendations for evacuation routes, risk mitigation, and reunification sites. Sector-based response planning and traffic flow analysis. The goal is to create actionable strategies that enhance emergency preparedness, with a focus on food security and sovereignty. The project is located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
