Description
The Tulalip Tribes is seeking quotations for a Project/Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative for the Tulalip Utilities Building Replacement Project (the “Project”) located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation. The successful applicant will be expected to enter into a Standard Form of Agreement Between the Owner and The Tulalip Tribes. The new construction project is located at 3015 Mission Beach Rd. Tulalip, WA. 98271 and includes approximately 6,992 square feet for the Tulalip Utilities Building, reception/waiting area, and various offices/meeting rooms.
