The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a qualified firm to complete Commissioning Agency Services (CxA) for a building-wide mechanical systems upgrade/replacement for the Health Clinic located at 7520 Totem Beach Rd, Tulalip, WA 98271. The current HVAC for the facility is at end of life, and the Tribes are electing to replace the system in a manner that aligns the Health Clinic for future Joint Commission Accreditation. The CxA will work with the Design/Build Contractor during all phases of the work including but not limited to validation of the design by proposed by the Design/Build Contractor.
