The Tulalip Tribes of Washington are seeking a qualified consultant to perform Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for five school buildings at the Quil Ceda School Complex, in general accordance with ASTM E2018-24. The assessments will identify physical deficiencies, remaining useful life, and opinions of probable costs to support informed capital planning, budgeting, and future construction decisions. The work includes non-invasive visual evaluations, building-specific reports, and a consolidated campus-wide summary.
