The Tulalip Tribes is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in Section 105(l) leases authorized under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA).
The Tribe seeks professional consulting services to assist in the identification, evaluation, development, negotiation, implementation, and administration of Section 105(l) leases for facilities utilized in the delivery of federally funded Programs, Services, Functions, and Activities (PSFAs).
