Description of Requested Services

The Tulalip Tribes are seeking a consultant to provide carbon planning and analysis support, including evaluating frameworks for assessing carbon reserves on and off the Tulalip Reservation, exploring inclusive business models for carbon market participation by small landowners and tribal communities, and assisting in the development of carbon projects on non-contiguous tribal lands within the Snohomish River Basin.

The project is located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
