Description of Requested Services

The Tulalip Tribes of Washington are soliciting Statements of Qualifications/Proposals from qualified contractors for the removal and installation of siding and windows at the Kenny Moses Building located at 6700 Totem Beach Road, Tulalip, WA, 98271. The work will be 100% done by the contractor. The Scope of Work for this activity includes contractor responsible for removing current siding, windows and any other material that the Tribes determines needs removal and repair. Contractor will be responsible for install of new siding and windows, which is estimated to be about about 4400 square feet.

The project is located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
