The Tulalip Tribes are seeking consulting services to assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Tulalip Community Communication and Evacuation Plan. The plan will serve individuals residing within the Tulalip Reservation and will include:

  • Evacuation strategies for various potential hazards.
  • Coordination with stakeholders and neighboring jurisdictions.
  • Development of communication protocols and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
  • Recommendations for evacuation routes, risk mitigation, and reunification sites.
  • Sector-based response planning and traffic flow analysis.
  • The goal is to create actionable strategies that enhance emergency preparedness, with a focus on food security and sovereignty.

The project is located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
