Multiple Tulalip Buildings Roof Replacements

Description of Proposal

The Tulalip Tribes (Tribes) is requesting qualifications and proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing roof systems for the Tulalip Tribe at various locations.

The purpose of this proposal is to provide a complete installation of the work that is phased, sequenced, and coordinated with the Administration Operations. The work will include, but not be limited to:

Three buildings are addressed in this RFQ/P. Contractor is expected to make recommendation on methods, demolition, repairs, identify work to be performed by others and provide a complete job of replacement roofing systems including but not limited to removals, replacements, modifications and warranties appropriate to the type of roof being provided.

• Replace existing asphalt shingle roof system at the Kenny Moses Building; 6700 Totem Beach Rd., Tulalip, WA 98271.
• Replace existing roof system at the 31st Street Building that includes the Tulalip Tribal Courthouse, Police and Casino Human Resources; 6332 31st Ave. NE Tulalip, WA 98271
• Replace existing roof system at the Storage Facility; 2331 Old Tulalip Rd. Tulalip, WA 98271
