The Asset & Real Estate department is responsible for various tribally owned real estate tasks. Our department manages all land leases, workforce, elder and disabled rental units, and newly conveyed homes through the mutual help housing program. We also work with the Housing Construction department to strategically plan and implement new housing developments throughout the reservation. We offer those beautiful new homes for sale through the Native American homebuyer 184 home loan programs.
