The Tulalip Tribes is a federally recognized tribe
and successors in interest to the Snohomish,
Snoqualmie, Skykomish, and other allied tribes and
bands that signed the 1855 Treaty of Point Elliott.
Tribal members who are homebound are safe, supported, cared for, and valued.
Provide caregiving to homebound clients that support in-home care and assist families.
We respect the community of our elders, past and present, and pay attention to their good words. We uphold and follow the teachings that come from our ancestors. It is valued work to uphold and serve our people. We work hard and always try to do our best. We show respect to every individual. We strengthen our people so that they may walk a good walk.
Tulalip tribal members who need moderate to complete assistance with personal care or other activities of daily living. A Community Health Nurse will complete a functional assessment to establish eligibility.
