Customer Services (Tribal Government)

Mission:

We provide the community with excellent service from each Tribal government department from one location.

Services Provided:

Tribal government administrative building

  • Manage Tulalip Tribes government main phone lines
  • Manage and distribute voice messages for Tulalip Tribes government main line
  • Welcome all visitors within administrative building
  • Announce all appointments on arrival

Administrative Services:

  • Receive departmental applications
  • Distribute departmental applications by request
  • Receive/distribute Tulalip Tribes government fax documents on request to other departments/Tribal entities on request
  • Manage events calendar – maintain all data input of all events throughout the Tribal government departments, and other entities as requested
  • Receive/distribute coffee supplies to Tulalip Tribes government administrative building
  • Back up assistance with mail room deliveries
  • Receive/distribute refunds for vending machines with in administrative building
  • Manage bulletin boards with in administrative building 1st and 2nd floors
  • Manage and distribute copies of departmental application and policy
  • Fitness room forms and policy (Tribal government employees)
  • Notary services (Lana Craig and Sabrina Moses)

Facility Rental Building:

Facilities Rentals are available for the Kenny Moses Building and Dining Hall only at this time.
We only accept applications for building rentals when COVID cases are less than 10.

Manage Tribal government buildings rental, process all applications and make sure all is complying with SOP, receipt in rental fees and deposits. Input and process all deposit reimbursement checks. Coordinator with all departments involved with event (Chief Engineer, Custodial Maintenance, Solid Waste, and TDS Security).

  • Coordinate with Tulalip Data Services as necessary
