Document Management Services are responsible for taking care of records, both hard copy and electronic. The department safely and securely stores physical files as well as scans and saves documents electronically. Archived documents are organized and disposed of properly with the recognition that they are The Tulalip Tribes’ most valuable asset.

  • Back-log scanning of documents
  • Searchable electronic storage
  • Customized file structure to mimic what department is using
  • Add specific metadata to allow for targeted data retrieval

Document Management Services works with a variety of companies and programs to ensure that files are well taken care of. Documents are stored in a repository called Docushare. Docushare offers many benefits for electronic files. It provides ease of access by utilizing an online interface and has full search capabilities.
