The purpose of COVID-19 Assistance to help eligible Tribal Members maintain their health, well-being, independence, and quality of life during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Tribe has a responsibility to protect and promote the general welfare interests of its members and to assist in providing support to its members.
The Tulalip Tribes believe in the effectiveness and safety of vaccinating against Covid -19 and have offered vaccines to all employees and their households, community members, and outside communities.
Tulalip believes our responsibility is to help get back to normal lives and normal business operations as quickly as possible. We are implementing this Vaccination Incentive Policy to safeguard our employees, community, and guests' health and build herd immunity.
This policy is designed to provide grant assistance to eligible tribal-owned businesses to assist with lost revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tulalip has received COVID funding from the Department of Treasury for households who are renting and experiencing risk of homelessness or housing instability, experiencing COVID-related hardships, and meet the 80% of Average Medium Income (AMI) for Snohomish County. Preference will be given to households that are at or below 50% AMI.
