Graphic Design Requests

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Turnaround Time:

• Basic Design Projects: Average time for a customer to receive a completed project is 5 business days from the time all content/images are received.
• Advanced Design Projects: Average time for a customer to receive a completed project is 10 business days from the time all content/images are received.
• ASAP Design Projects: If a request comes in where the customer requires it to be processed ASAP (as soon as possible), this should be directed to a manager or senior manager to review.
  • Typically ASAP for design is 2 business days, but it depends on the complexity of the project.
• Flexibility: All timelines are flexible but only with prior approval of the print coordinator and manager and with negotiation/agreement with the customer.

Website Update Requests

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Turnaround Time:

• Basic Web Projects: Average time for a customer to receive a completed project is 5 business days from the time all content/images are received. If the request is a normal web update to an existing site and artwork needs to be created, it is assigned a 7 business day turnaround time.
• Advance Web Projects: Customer or web coordinator should be directed to the software engineering manager so he/she can decipher how to process it.
• Flexibility: All timelines are flexible but only with prior approval of the print coordinator and manager and with negotiation/agreement with the customer.
