In addition to the normal day-to-day content updates that we perform on all the Tulalip Tribes websites, we also make enhancements to websites, internal and external software applications and develop new software applications. Listed below is a list of our current projects on which we are working or will be working soon:
Tulalip Gaming Websites – Enhanced Maintenance System
We make many content changes to the Tulalip gaming websites throughout the year. This project, once completed, will make it possible to automatically schedule all content updates based on customer supplied dates. This improves the accuracy of the content changes and the timing of publishing promotional materials. It also decreases the amount of time it takes to publish content changes to the websites.
Luxeline - on-line bus service reservations
This project supports the Tulalip Resort bus service (Luxeline) that is offered to Rewards Club members. Once completed, members will be able to reserve seats on Luxeline buses to the Tulalip Resort Casino and know they have a seat available when they want to visit us. This will be available from the internet for any Tulalip Resort Casino Rewards Club member.
Salish Networks – new website
A new website for our Salish Networks enterprise is being created to showcase the telecommunications and infrastructure offerings available from this new Tulalip business. As the business grows, the site will be enhanced to ensure the world is aware of all the new business services available from Salish Networks.
Quil Ceda Village – website make-over
The Quil Ceda Village commercial website, that highlights the leasing and business side of QCV, is being brought up to date with new graphics and new technology. This website will be more closely aligned with promoting the business aspects of the village. It will have an updated look and feel with current photos of the actual village properties along with enhanced graphics capabilities. It will also be mobile friendly so that people on the go can enjoy the content as much as those on their PCs.
SharePoint Upgrade
We are working on upgrading our current SharePoint technology to the most recent version available. This will enhance the internal communications of departments within Tulalip Tribes by making collaboration easier and more intuitive. It will also create a technical foundation for a secure portal for Tulalip Tribal member only information.
Tulalip Tribal Government Website redesign
The external facing website for the Tulalip Tribes Government is undergoing a redesign to communicate with the public more effectively while maintaining a consistent voice across the entire site.
Tulalip Tribal Members Secure Portal
A new website is planned for communicating Tulalip Tribal information directly to Tulalip Tribal members only. The information planned so far includes board of director meeting minutes and financial decisions usually contained in mail outs.
Tulalip Departmental Software Applications
