and successors in interest to the Snohomish,
Snoqualmie, Skykomish, and other allied tribes and
bands that signed the 1855 Treaty of Point Elliott.

Transition Units

The Transition Unit program provides short-term independent living. Clients must work closely with their assigned life coach to actively seek and accept suitable, affordable, and long-term housing options.

All clients must complete an application and attach a copy of their tribal identification. Applications will be received on a first-come, first-served basis and include a time/date stamp.

The life coach will contact all clients who are selected. Before moving in, each client must meet their life coach and complete the following criteria.

  • Background check
  • Urinalysis testing
  • Rental agreement
  • Damages agreement
