The Tulalip Tribes is a federally recognized tribe
and successors in interest to the Snohomish,
Snoqualmie, Skykomish, and other allied tribes and
bands that signed the 1855 Treaty of Point Elliott.
The Tulalip Tribal Gaming Agency will be the leading tribal gaming regulator by maintaining and enhancing public trust with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
The Tulalip Tribal Gaming Agency, in accordance with the Tulalip Tribal Code and supported by a dedicated, professional staff, will protect the interest of the public by ensuring the integrity of gaming activity on Tribal land; the licensing of qualified individuals and entities; while meeting the gaming regulatory responsibilities of the Tulalip Tribal Gaming Commission. Regulating the production, manufacturing, processing, packaging, delivering, distribution, selling, or possession of marijuana.

Self exclusions are for a minimum of three (3) years, do not automatically expire, and can only be overturned by sending an email to Tips@tulaliptga.org to request an appeal hearing.
Permanent exclusions do not expire. An appeal hearing can be requested after five (5) years by sending an email to Tips@tulaliptga.org.
Hearings are held via phone on Tuesdays between 1 and 2 pm. Once you submit an email requesting a hearing toTips@tulaliptga.org including your full name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address, you will receive a reply email with a notice of your hearing date or a notice of denial.
