Tulalip Administration Building Carpet Removal and Replacement

Description of Proposal

The Tulalip Tribes (Tribes) is requesting qualifications and proposals for the removal and replacement of all carpeting in a portion of the 1st floor of the Tulalip Tribes of Washington’s Administration building located at 6406 Marine Drive, Tulalip, WA 98271.

The work is to provide complete removal and replacement of existing carpet in the open office areas of the 1st floor of the Administration building. Work shall include providing materials of the same quality or better as the existing carpet, all removals, floor preparation and wall base (other than wood base), protection of adjacent surfaces and in a sequence of work that minimizes the disruption of operations and is acceptable to the Tribes. The work will be non-continuous as it will be completed in coordination with the removal and replacement of the existing modular office furniture. This work will be completed during the holiday shut down of the Tribes office in late December of 2023.
